40th Annual Business Excellence Awards
The Prince George Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted the 40th Annual Business Excellence Awards on November 1st, 2025, at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre. With over 400 attendees in the room, this year’s celebration marked a milestone not only in years, but in the strength and vibrancy of our local business community.
The evening brought together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community supporters to recognize and celebrate excellence across a wide range of industries. The atmosphere was one of pride, connection, and appreciation for the individuals and organizations who continue to shape Prince George through leadership, innovation, and service.
A key highlight of the evening was a powerful keynote from The Honourable Jody Wilson-Raybould, whose message on leadership, reconciliation, and courage resonated deeply with guests. Her presence added depth and inspiration to the event, reinforcing the importance of integrity and purpose in every form of leadership.
Twelve awards were presented throughout the evening, recognizing outstanding achievements in areas such as technology, customer service, sustainability, and community impact. Each recipient reflected the values that continue to drive our region forward.

Business of the Year
MDN Trinity Financial Services Inc

Business Person of the Year

Kyndra Farrell, owner and operator of Worth A Shot Mobile Bar and Champagne Events, has become a standout force in the local event scene. Through decades of change, their commitment to local journalism has remained unwavering. This award recognizes not just years of service, but a lasting imprint on the identity and history of Prince George.
Excellence in Entertainment and Attractions
With support from Tourism Prince George, this award celebrates the experiences that inspire, entertain, and bring people together.
